Study at foundation universities in Türkiye

Aurorays works with a broad network of Turkish foundation universities to support international applicants for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We help candidates compare programmes, teaching language, published entry criteria, tuition information and location, then prepare and coordinate their applications.

In Turkish higher-education terminology, these institutions are foundation universities. The term ‘private university’ is commonly used internationally, but admission and academic decisions remain with the university.

Free guidance and application support

Aurorays does not charge student applicants a consultancy, application or service fee. Our free support may include profile review, programme selection, document checks, application submission or coordination, offer review and enrolment guidance.

For eligible university applicants, Aurorays also prepares and submits the student-visa application and pays the taxes and administrative fees covered by our service. Any tuition, deposit, insurance, translation or other amount payable directly to a university, public authority or third-party provider is identified clearly before the applicant proceeds.

Decisions and legal limits

Each university sets its international admission criteria within the framework determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Admission, scholarship percentages, tuition fees, deposits and payment schedules are decided by the university and may change by programme and academic year.

Aurorays cannot guarantee admission, a scholarship, a student visa, residence permission or recognition of a degree. Visa and residence decisions are made by the competent public authorities. Applicants must provide accurate documents and cooperate with any personal-appearance, biometric or additional-document requirement.
