European opportunities are country-specific
Europe is not one labour market. Vacancy demand, qualification rules, language expectations, salaries, immigration routes and living costs differ by country, region and profession.
Aurorays considers opportunities only where there is a suitable employer need, a credible match with the candidate’s verified profile and a lawful route for recruitment and residence.
Germany and other selected markets
Germany remains an important market within our experience, especially for skilled professions involving qualification recognition. Depending on active employer relationships and the applicant’s profile, we may also assess opportunities in Northern Europe, the United Kingdom and other European markets.
A country appearing within our area of activity does not mean that vacancies are continuously available there. Current openings and eligibility must be confirmed for each candidate.
What candidates should compare
Candidates should compare the actual role, gross and estimated net income, working hours, contract duration, probation terms, recognition or licensing requirements, language expectations, housing and local living costs.
The employer decides whether to hire. Professional bodies and public authorities decide recognition, visas and residence permissions. Aurorays does not guarantee any third-party decision.
