FROM PROFILE TO PLACEMENT

Recruitment Process

How Aurorays evaluates candidates, coordinates employers and supports the steps following a suitable job offer.

1. Initial profile assessment

We begin with the candidate’s CV, education, professional history, language ability, occupation, location preferences and available documents.

This review identifies possible markets or services for further assessment. It is not a promise of placement or an immigration decision.

2. Vacancy and employer matching

When an active employer requirement matches the profile, Aurorays may present the candidate or invite the candidate to a further screening stage.

Matching considers the actual role, verified competence, language, recognition status and the employer’s selection criteria—not only the candidate’s occupational title.

3. Document and qualification checks

We request the documents relevant to the vacancy and explain which items require verification, translation, recognition or professional licensing.

Applicants must provide accurate, authentic and complete information. Missing or inconsistent documents may prevent presentation to an employer or continuation of the process.

4. Employer interviews and selection

Aurorays coordinates interviews and relevant communication, but the employer determines the interview method, assessment criteria and final selection.

Participation in screening or an interview does not create an entitlement to employment.

5. Offer and contract review

If the employer makes an offer, the candidate should review the role, salary, hours, location, probation period, benefits, contract duration and any conditions attached to starting work.

Aurorays may explain the recruitment context, but the employment agreement is between the employer and candidate. Independent professional advice may be appropriate where the candidate requires legal or tax interpretation.

6. Recognition, immigration and onboarding

After a suitable offer, the required steps depend on the country, nationality, profession and candidate. These may include qualification recognition, professional registration, a work or residence application and employer documentation.

Aurorays can coordinate the process and refer specialised work where necessary. The competent authorities make every recognition, visa and residence decision.

7. Clear responsibilities

Aurorays does not charge job seekers for placement services. Candidates must cooperate promptly and truthfully; employers must provide lawful and accurate vacancy and contract information.

No interview, job offer, processing time, recognition, visa or residence result is guaranteed.
